BARI GIRL BLUEBERRY OAT BITES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten free if desired)

1/2 cup creamy almond butter (sunflower seed butter for the nut free version)

1/2 cup of ground flax

1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey (I used honey)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup dried blueberries

Dash of sea salt

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well to combine.

Allow to chill for 10-15 minutes

Roll into bite sized ball and then ready to serve.
