Cooking oils add flavor and moisture to your foods. Did you know that they offer so many more benefits to you making it count for healthy living. Check out the variety of oils and their benefits and don’t forget to control your portions with oils by using measurements. If food absorbs oils quickly, bone broth to add moisture, do not add more oil. Using vegetable oil is NOT useful unless it is a cost concern.
Almond Oil – Wonderful scent and flavor
