Protein Bars + Bari Simple Smoothie + Trail Mix
Protein Bars
- 1/2 cup Oat Milk
- 1 tsp Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Protein Powder
- 1 can of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Bari Simple Smoothie
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt, any flavor
- 2 tbsp. of flaxseed
- 1/2 or 1 whole banana
- 1/2 cup of filtered water or oat milk
Trail Mix
- 1/2 cup of unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup of unsalted walnuts
- 1/2 cup of unsalted pecans
- 1/2 cup of edamame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of pretzel (if desired)
- 1/3 cup of dried cherries
- 1/2 cup of min dark chocolate chips
Preheat to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×10 baking sheet or line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine together your wet ingredients which include maple syrup, pumpkin puree and oat milk. Gently add your dry mixture to your wet mixture, then stir until mixed thoroughly. Pour batter onto baking sheet and smooth. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and place in oven for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let bars cook and cut into desired sizes. Stir in refrigerator for 1 week or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Serves 16 if cut in even sizes.
Smoothie Instructions
Blend until mixed and smooth. Fill free to add lemon or lime juice to your liking. Refrigerator or serve on ice.
