A smart strategy to prevent temptation is to hide the high-calorie, unhealthy snacks. Ask your partner or loved ones to store anything that could tempt you to stray from your plan.

Somewhere out of reach to keep your drive for weight loss strong. As they say, you often only eat treats when you are aware that they are available.
