Hair Loss and Biotin – Info You Need to Know

Hair loss and weight loss surgery, unfortunately, go hand and hand.  I am sure that many, including myself, want to know what helps with hair loss post surgery.  I ordered a bottle of Biotin for consumption as I was told that this helped them with hair loss.  However after reading the article that I have linked for you, I believe I should get the nutrients that I need from my food consumption.  This article also states that you must advise your physician because Biotin can alter lab results.
