  • 2 Mini Cucumbers
  • 2-3 Limes
  • 1 cup of Mint Leaves
  • 4 ounces of Vodka
  • 2 teaspoons of Simple Syrup or Sugar
  • Seltzer Water

Oatnog Instructions

Ground nutmeg or freshly grated nutmeg sprinkled on top if desired.
Add oat milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg to a medium saucepan and bring to a low simmer.

Simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to infuse, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour cooled eggnog into a pitcher, stir in the bourbon (if using), cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, or until ready to serve.

When ready to serve, stir vigorously, then pour into four glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg or grate nutmeg over top. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Holiday Mocktail Instructions

Fill a glass that holds 6-9 oz of liquid 3/4 of the way with ice. Measure out the cinnamon simple syrup and orange juice and add to the glass. Top with sparking water and then stir to combine. Garnish with an orange slice or however you desire.

If you want to serve it in a larger glass, called highball glass, you will want to double the recipe. That way the sparkling water doesn’t dilute the cinnamon syrup and orange. If you want a little alcohol, you may consider adding splash of tequila.

Cucumber Mint Vodka Cocktail Instructions

Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Muddle cucumbers to release the juice. Add mint, syrup/sugar and lime juice and muddle with cucumbers. Add ice and shake. Add vodka and continue to shake. Strain into cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer water. Garnish with mint, lime slice and or a lemongrass stalk.
