Roasted Garlic Spicy Chickpeas


1 can chickpeas
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. of Himalayan salt
1 tsp. of Italian herbs (if desired)
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2-3 tbsp. olive oil or sesame seed oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse chickpeas and use a strainer to drain the water. Place in a bowl and pat dry using a paper towel. Coat chickpeas with oil, paprika, garlic powder and salt and mix thoroughly in bowl.

Spread chickpeas on cookie sheet and sprinkle Italian Herbs. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Enjoy!!
