BariGirls Dark Chocolate Fondue with Fruit

1 cup of half and half
10 oz bittersweet Chocolate 60% Cacao, chopped
Chunks of pineapples, mandarin oranges, sliced apples, strawberries, and green grapes

Pour the half-and-half into the fondue pot. Bring to a simmer at setting at medium heat.  When the half and half is bubbling lightly, lower heat to medium-low and add the chopped chocolate, 2 oz at a time, whisking until smooth.

When chocolate is completely melted, reduce the temperature to low and serve with fresh fruit.
